Old Coppernose is about the first dream I ever had in which I can recall dying. I was having a sword fight with King Henry VIII inside an enormous castle, and after managing to dodge all of his attacks, found myself backed up against an extravagant stained glass window. We exchanged blows for a while, until King Henry kicked me through the window and I fell several storeys. Once I hit the ground, I could no longer move or speak – all I could do was watch as he peered down at me from the window and walked away.
